- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Scam! STAY AWAY! They have recently changed managers and the new management is terrible (the previous managers John and Laurie were phenomal, don't expect that with Lisa or her team). We have had a unit for 8 months here. In February we told them (the new managers) we would be leaving April 18th and they agreed to prorate us (So we don't have to pay for a whole month). Today I go in to pay for the final two weeks and they are unwilling to prorate us since I did not come in yesterday! I am a fireman that was on shift and was unable to be there yesterday, which is why I came in 2 months ahead of time to make sure it wouldn't be a last minute mistake. They are unwilling to prorate us and will not help us in anyway and are going back on their promises and their lease! This place is a joke run by crooks. Find a better place to store your personal belongings so you don't get taken hostage as my wife and I have.By Steve Smith, September 10, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best Storage Facility...Period. John and Laurie who manage the location are by far the best people you will ever meet. They take pride in their facility and it clearly shows from the minute you arrive. The climate control units are clean, dry and all of my belongings came out the same way they entered. The units are extremely affordable, I searched at least 10 different places and AAA was the winner on everything. If you need a storage unit in the Minneola area, these are they guys you will want to use.By Brian Chiorello, November 23, 2016
